Monthly Rentals in Eldorado Springs

Christine was very attentive and flexible for my unique staycation. I'd highly recommend her place for a stay in Boulder!

You have the whole basement to yourself! It is very spacious and comfortable. The bed is nice with comfortable bedding and other options in the closet. The bathroom is in the bedroom which is convenient. No kitchen per se, but there is access to a fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, sink, and plates cups and silverware, There is a tv and couch in the living room connected to xfinity cable. No private entrance but Randy and Chris are friendly and know the deal after hosting 13 years. I recommend!

This was a fantastic stay. It was an amazing location and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the space. Would stay there again!

Second time staying here-it was so good the first time I deliberately sought it out! Most important criteria for me are quiet and good temperature and this place is perfect on both counts-looking forward to the third time!
