It was nice that we were able to park in the driveway. The neighbors dog can be a little loud sometimes but she is very considerate and has ear plugs for your convenience. Overall, it was a great spot for us.

We enjoyed our stay at his place. It is a quiet, peaceful location with beautiful views above Moss Landing and the surrounding area. Very comfortable and clean inside with lots of sunshine. Important to note that the listing is a private studio that is attached to a bigger house, with other guests/residents on the property.

We stayed 2 weeks at Irene and Gary’s and it was perfect for us. The guest suite was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The large outdoor patio was also nice. The location felt private and very safe, and was central to all of the places we wanted to visit (Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy was a nice surprise). Irene and Gary were great hosts- very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

This apartment was exactly as listed! Beautiful view with small porch that had a small table perfect for a romantic dinner. Surrounding area has a lot of food options and a local saloon downstairs. Walking distance to the mission. Cara was very responsive when it came to asking any questions. I would definitely recommend this location. 10/10 stay!
