Truly a lovely place at walking distance to the beach. With a lovely garden and everything in the house that could be needed, even with a large group of people. The house is bright, has lots of windows and a nice layout. We were extremely lucky with the weather and enjoyed the sun, garden, beach from early in the morning to the evening. Extremely friendly owner who responded quickly & thoughtfully before, during, and after our stay. Thank you!

We stayed at Irene's place for 3 nights and it was definitely worth it. It is a nice and especially cozy stay where everything you would need is. Nice underfloor heating for the cold days!! Central location in a quiet area where there is something to see in all directions. It has definitely been worthwhile for us!!!

A very warm welcome, a quaint cottage with everything we needed on a generous plot that we had access to all of it. Bus stop close by making it easy to visit Gouda and beautiful location. Conchita the host was very friendly but kept away but was easily found with information when we needed it. The house was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for our stay. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The host very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

We were greeted in a very friendly manner, even drinks and nibbles were ready:) Karin is a great landlady, always available. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and has a protected terrace. The location is beautiful, both the beach and the small town can be reached on foot in just over 20 minutes. We felt completely comfortable and would gladly come back.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful, quiet house. The garden is beautiful and a very nice area to sit quietly in. The house has everything you'll need. The rooms are spacious, everyone has enough space in the house. Thanks to the stairwell, you can also just arrive without having to meet one hour in advance. They were also flexible with the departure time, which was also very nice!

Dear Sylvia, Thank you very much for having us! We had a great stay! The house is super cozy and is really inviting to hang around and to spend time together. We used it as base to visit the surrounding citys Antwerpen, Brüssell and Gent and it was wonderful to come home to a cozy spacoius place with great cooking equipment. The only thing we wished we had known before is that the pool is more like a pond and if you dont mind sharing the space with some of the fish then this will be no problem. But other than that Sylvia and Peter were wonderful hosts and assisted us with any questions immediately. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Spacious and bright space. Beautiful lake views near the sea and with covered and heated swimming pool appreciable after the excursions. Bruges is 20 min , Ghent 40 min and Brussels 1h20 . Close to the border of the Netherlands we were visited Sluis. Ideal location to discover the area and enjoy and break nature /sea. Vera and Arno are very responsive and their apartment is impeccable and well-equipped.

We enjoyed staying here with pleasure. Convenient to get in at the front door using a code. Friendly operators. The spaces were large and everything was present. We sat quietly and felt comfortable.

I had a very nice and quiet stay at Kitty's place. The green surroundings with the dogs, goats and ponies are a relief from the sometimes busy and hectic life. Everything was present in the tiny house to cook comfortably, eat, relax (terrace outside) and even do the laundry and the pee. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely Air BnB the hosts are very friendly, make you feel very welcome. The garden and outdoor heated pool were perfect. We loved all the animals and countryside feel. Great base for lots of lovely Belgium villages. Air conditioning in all rooms was great as well as the lovely bathroom with your own sauna and jacuzzi bath. The welcome pack of fresh eggs, water and jam was a nice gesture and the added bonus of a coffee machine in the pool house was also a great idea.

Everything was exactly as described! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine! :) You feel right at home! Everything is nice and clean and you can find almost everything you need in the kitchen! We were there as a family of 7 plus toddler! We were also really lucky with the weather so we could even use the pool! The surroundings are nice and quiet! The car is best parked in front of Damme, as the parking spaces are almost only for neighbors! But you get back to the house quickly! At the top of the 3rd floor ( attic) it can probably get very hot in summer! There is a fan, but that's how it is with attic! All in all, worth the money! Thanks to the owners! Kind regards, Kati

We arrive super late, and with a trailer. Tijl was so helpful about parking, letting us check in etc. The farm is lovely, the property is lovely and we'd stay there again without hesitation. The sheep, ducks and horse were lovely too!

Nice house with 2 floors . It has beautiful backyard and fully equipped house . Very easy to check in with phone , Du is always online and ready to help ! we came with car and it has perfect parking space in front of the garage . we were visiting antwerp and it takes 40-50 mins to get to the city center by public transportation.

Great location ...Menno and Diana with their 4 kids are great hosts. Friendly, open, helpful. Your apartment on their little paradise are unique finds. We felt right at home. Would love to come again...

Our stay at Nele's place was exceptional. Everything I hoped for and more for my 40th celebration with friends and kids. The accommodation was very spacious, with huge amounts of amenities and cooking equipment. I would say it's actually more wonderful than the pictures. There is a BBQ, fire, hot tub, sauna and more. The honesty bar had great beer and drinks for the adults and the kids absolutely loved the natural hay play barn, they were in there everyday. The farm tour with feeding animals and horse rides and the pizza making with Nele's family all went down well. We also made it into Bruges, Ostend and Damme for some lovely trips very nearby. Nele was the perfect host, she was attentive, friendly and helpful but also left us to enjoy the place without too many rules. Perfect for a large group allowing the adults to catch up properly at night and kids having a brilliant adventure they'll never forget. Amazing!

Great hosts overall! Their son helped us check in due to our late arrival and they stopped by the next morning to check on us! Very quick response times, always answered our questions in a timely manner. The space was super cute and very cozy, the owners left us some delicious local snacks and beverages making us feel right at home. We would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful weather Holland has to offer!

Had a great stay with this friendly host. We received useful instructions before arrival, until entering the AirB&B. The loft was very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Under the TV were several movies one could watch. There were definitely some gems in between! The beds were exquisite, with extra pillows provided. The bathroom was clean, with a (a little small) sink, which was compensated by an extra dresser. The boiler of the loft is (I think) not too big, so there is not much in a row. Please keep this in mind. In any case, we enjoyed the stay immensely and were greeted on our last night by 3 super sweet dogs in the garden. (what a cutie!) This AirB&B is definitely subject to repetition! Highly recommend!

Cozy and neat cottage! Everything is available, including two cozy pets who come to say good morning 🐶🐱 and nice eggs from their own chickens. Carina is a great host and very friendly. We visited Ghent, Bruges, Brussels and Antwerp from the BnB. We have really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely few days, were able to walk to the beach in a few minutes and also attractions such as the Keukenhof and Space Expo were easy to reach. There are beautiful beach bars right nearby. And delicious fish rolls. So the location is really wonderful ! Parking is rather difficult in the village, but we got 2 parking recommendations, a free little further away and a nearby paid one. The bathroom is a little small (only a sink for kitchen and bathroom) otherwise everything was great for us. Water bowl and game for our dog were also ready. :) very dog-friendly accommodation which was important to us - and dogs are also welcome on the beach! All in all had a great vacation at the property!

My family had a really enjoyable time and the location was great. Would highly recommend.

Great house, 10 min walk from main beach in Oostkapelle. Ideal for dog owners as the entire garden is fenced. We didn't miss anything, only a 2nd couch would be more optimal for groups of people > 2 people, but not absolutely necessary in good weather, as the terrace is protected from the wind.
