Comfortable guesthouse “Studio1” with top views.

A compact tasteful sitting room dining area with beautiful views. A kitchenette with fridge induction plate Nespresso and microwave. Basic ingredients present (coffee tea pepper salt oil vinegar). Private toilet. At the rear terrace doors (also entrance) private garden (on SW) veranda and 2nd terrace (dining table, 2 sun loungers and gas BBQ). From the sitting room stairs to floor with bright luxury bedroom king-size bed modern bathroom, shower and double sink. Very quiet and 1.5km from Domburg and beach!

Onze kleinschalige boerderij is gelegen dírect onderaan de duinen, op korte loopafstand van strand, omringd door natuurgebied ‘Noordervroon’ en op korte fietsafstand van bruisend Domburg (3km) en pittoresk Westkapelle (3 km). Verspreid over het prachtige erf van de oude boerderij, gebouwd in 1870, bevinden zich in totaal 4 sfeervolle vakantiehuisjes, het is hier alsof de tijd even heeft stil gestaan!

studio duinhuis ...the specially designed wooden house with fireplace is located on the hill opposite the Badpaviljoen, 100 m away from the ascent to the beach! It is my life's dream to live with a small studio by the sea and to welcome people to the guest house in the garden. The typical Zeeland house opens its windows to the outside onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea up to here. A cozy sleeping gallery makes the house special. Your own sauna can be booked!

Suite 27 is a 5-minute walk from the sea!

Luxuriously furnished Suite with private parking, 5 minutes walking from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, a Japanese Karup bed with a comfortable mattress where you can choose soft or firm, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The Suite is very well insulated and has floor heating. A wonderfully quiet area to relax, bike ride, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed.

From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique spot with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bike.

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back space to sit and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking space. A delicious full breakfast is included.

Cozy apartment for two people on the 1st floor of a converted farmhouse, with a magnificent view over the fields and dunes of Zoutelande. Meliskerke has plenty of shops and it's central, so it's an ideal starting point for biking and hiking trips. This unique apartment complex Port Scaldis is located outside the dike with stunning seaview. From this penthouse, you can enjoy the fantastic view for hours and completely unwind. Enjoy the sunrise in peace on the balcony; the sun stays on the balcony until 3 PM. Additionally, you are within walking distance of the supermarket, marina, beach, and many nice restaurants in the center of Breskens.

Discount in July! A few more days off!

Completely new 4 person house! This property was completely renovated in 2020-2021. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year. Located in the village of Westkapelle at 200 meters from the dike and sea. The beach can be reached via this dike 500 meters from the house. Please! Pets are not allowed. No groups of young people or parties.
