This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Kingston Suites also offers central air and heat for each floor giving you control of your comfort. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There are 3 suites total

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

The Milk House at Lucky Star Farm

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, two luxurious queen beds, wifi and a Smart TV. Guests are invited to explore our 20-acre working farm with lots of livestock and two friendly dogs. Rustic decor cabin nestled in the iowa countryside. You will love the privacy and quiet nights! BBQ on the back deck or enjoy an evening by the firepit in the backyard (wood onsite). Evening walks offer some spectacular views of the beautiful Iowa country sunsets! Close to public hunting, golfing, and Benton County's Hannan Park for fishing or swimming. Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.

2 Bedroom in a Historical Building, best location!

Location! You cant get any better than the location of Sandstone Haus at Amana. Steps from boutique shopping, wineries, resteraunts, and a brewery! This two bedrooms( each with a king bed)one bathroom suite is a perfect place to spend a night, weekend, or a week in Amana. You do walk thru one bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a very comfortable power reclining sofa. We have two smart tv's in this space, a few apps are available on the tv for free.
