Monthly Rentals in Emerald Beach Villas

This was my second stay at Pierre’s Garden Studio and I loved it as much as the first time I was there. It is clean, well equipped and comfortable and the beach down the road is absolutely stunning. A turtle swam next to us in the water! Pierre was helpful with booking a catamaran tour which we loved. I went with my little boy and he also loved the little garden studio. We felt so much at home there and we will more than likely be back next year. :)

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our week in Barbados. It was extremely close to the best beaches and restaurants in the area and it had everything we could possibly need. Ryan greeted us on arrival and showed us around. He even invited us to tag along to the local supermarket to make sure we knew where to go! Through the week, we used lots of Ryan's recommendations for places to eat and they were all fantastic. The apartment is right in between the stunning and peaceful Gibbes Beach and the livelier Mullins Beach. It was literally a 5 minute stroll to both. We really enjoyed how peaceful the apartment was as it is set quite a way back from the road. The garden is stunning and it was a pleasure to sit on the terrace with our breakfast, watching the birds (and occasionally monkeys!). The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was pleasantly cool but had a very efficient ceiling fan and/or air conditioning if needed. Great place - great hosts!

We have stayed in a number of places on the island, but Ashanti 6 is now our ‘go to place’. It is very peaceful and beautifully located. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt very spoilt by the housekeeper who came in every 4 days to clean, change the bed linen and towels. The pool is an added bonus perfect to relax in and accessed directly from the apartment balcony. Jacqui, the property manager was amazing going above and beyond to look after us throughout our stay. It was such a wonderful 3 weeks, that we are already booking our stay for 2026! Thank you ☺️

I can’t say enough about Calm Waters. The condo looks exactly like the photos! It’s gorgeous and VERY clean. Well stocked kitchen, clear directions for everything in the house (the labeled light switches were a life saver!), and a fantastic location. The pool was right outside the door and the beach was a 3 minute walk at most. While we ate breakfast and dinner on the roof most days we appreciated the local recommendations. I would suggest reviewing Cori’s restaurant suggestions and making reservations ahead of time if you want prime times. The snorkeling in the area (beaches up and down the coast a few km) was incredible. Our time there was a wonderful introduction to Barbados!
