Very responsive host. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Great location if going for a graduation on base, only about 7 minute drive and lots of places to eat around.

Nice place, great view. Well appointed. Wish we could have stuck around long enough to enjoy the spot. Be careful with google maps navigation it’ll take you about a mile too far down the road.

Had an initial issue with someone parked in front of the unit blasting music for half an hour but when I texted Johnny about it, he immediately got the car to turn the music off. Wish I had written sooner as he was very responsive! Unit is older but spotless, I would definitely stay here again if I was ever traveling through the area.

You have found the perfect place to stay. Stop reading reviews and book the Easy Street Apartment! I am one of those people who investigates every lodging option and reads every review. I have very high expectations - this apartment will not disappoint! Natalie is super communicative, a superb host. You will feel secluded but welcomed. We felt safe during the pandemic and positioned very conveniently to visit the Ozark Scenic Riverways and the Peck Ranch Conservation Area. Natalie and her husband clearly spared no expense to make this the ideal getaway locale. The king bed and linens were very comfortable and the couch backs recline nicely. The bathroom was expansive and the shower, too. There was plenty of room for two people in the shower and with two shower heads, nobody gets cold! There were nice touches throughout the apartment - laundry pods for the washer, unique locally made toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hair dryer, and lots of amenities in the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with full size brand-new appliances and more conveniences - stackable bowls (sized for ice cream, cereal, popcorn, etc.), dishes, flatware, knives, pots and pans, potholders, dishwashing liquid, dish drainer, etc. There is also a welcome binder with FAQs and local dining recommendations. My husband's favorite thing about the apartment was the keypad entrance - very convenient. My favorite thing was the overall layout - cozy but roomy and luxurious but comfortable. I also appreciated being able to park so close. Loading and unloading the car is usually such a chore but not this time. Last but not least favorite, the apartment was impeccably clean - everything was absolutely spotless! A couple of not-so-favorites to frame your expectations. When we stayed (October 2020), there was no cable or channels at all capable of being received on the television. It is a smart TV and we were able to watch Netflix and sign in to our Amazon Prime account but that was it. Obviously, this was not a huge drawback since we were on vacation to enjoy nature but it is good to know ahead of time. Additionally, we did not have a Verizon signal in the area so we could receive most texts and calls but it was nearly impossible to connect to the internet on our iPhones. If you are a Verizon customer, be sure to print the driving directions before you leave home so you do not wander around like we did. All in all, we had a fabtabulous getaway and I am confident you will, too, when you stay on Easy Street! Have fun and be safe!

I have stayed here several times. Kelly, is a wonderful host always on top of things. Would recommend this to anybody to stay there thanks Kelly, for your hospitality. You guys are great.

The place is small, but was perfect for my stay. Kathy is amazing! She is very accommodating and wants to make sure you feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We went for an Army graduation at Fort Leonard, the location was perfect, literally 10 minutes from the base. The accommodations were very clean and Brooke was an awesome host, very pleased with our stay.

This was our second time staying at Tammy’s place as it is close to FlatNasty’s off-road park. Her cabin is absolutely perfect for our needs with a large parking area and is super clean and offers peaceful surroundings to grill out or have a fire!

We booked this home while in town for my son’s BCT/AIT graduation. The house was exactly as described…my son wanted to be able to just relax on family day and hang out at the house…we were able to grill out and just spend time as a family. He absolutely loved it. The pool and foose ball table were a huge hit. It absolutely felt like home away from home. If you are traveling w/ a family I would DEF recommend. Their goal is to make your stay accommodating and as comfortable as possible and in my opinion they go above and beyond to ensure that. The house itself as soon as you walk in the door shows the pride they take in making your stay pleasant. It’s close to several stores but still far enough away from town that it’s relaxing and peaceful to just sit outside on the deck and chat…as a female I absolutely loved the detail in the bathrooms such as the makeup clothes, little soaps and lotions, hair straightener all the things we need 😁…

Lucy was very communicative abouts the house and activities and attractions nearby. She was very responsive. The house worked very well for our family of 5 with the three baths and two full showers. Nice deck off the back of the house with a couch, table and umbrella and gas grill. We really enjoyed the nice fire pit and big yard and my kids loved the cows right across the street!

Mashelle was great to deal with. She was very friendly and communicative. The place was seasonally decorated - which was a great touch. I will definitely stay here again if I am back out visiting.

We stayed in several of Shane‘s locations over the past month and they were all wonderful stays. All of them looked like the pictures. Everything was clean and the locations were nice.

Would HIGHLY recommend staying at the Hoover House. We were there for a Basic Training graduation and it was nicely located; just slightly out of town for peace and quiet (&privacy) but yet still an easy drive to FLW base and Saint Robert restaurants! The house itself was exactly as pictured- very clean and organized with lots of amenities. House had a nice, functional layout. Lastly, the host (Gregory) was beyond amazing. Prior to arriving I had asked if by chance they happened to have or offer a pack n play as I was traveling with my young toddler. He advised they did not have one but quickly offered to reimburse me for whichever one I bought. In the end, he ended up messaging me again saying that he had had extra time before we checked in and ended up going out of his way to go and purchase one for us so we didn’t have to worry! Gregory was super helpful; gave us great local recommendations and made the whole trip stress free. What a host! 😊 Thanks again, Gregory!! 10/10 🏡

Place was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy with super soft sheets. Close to everything you need to see in this little town.

Hogans hideout was a spacious and clean space. I would definitely stay again.

such a cute, clean, cozy place. was a last minute stay for us and so glad we did! the area is beautiful, can't wait to go back. Steven and Tiffany are amazing hosts, very responsive to our questions, etc. would definitely recommend staying here!!

If you don't like to tent camp, but want to float and hang out at the river I highly recommend this place. It's at the edge of the main street so everything is close by. Don't expect good internet. Eminence is known for having bad wifi. water pressure was good and the bed was comfy. so much better than camping.

We stayed here last year and again this year. Always a pleasant stay, clean, friendly, peaceful and fun. Sits just on the edge of town to be quiet but close enough to walk to the dairy shack or down to the coffee shop. It’s a great place to stay, great hosts, and very very clean. We will be back again next year!
