You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

For lovers of a historic living atmosphere: A spacious but above all cozy apartment near the Dutch-German border. You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. The property dates back to 1895 and was built as an office building of a textile factory in Dutch hands: "Spinnerei Deutschland". Ample free parking in front of the building. DATE OCCUPIED? The municipal monument tolhuis' n tol from 1830 is located on the edge of the Raalter center. You can now spend the night in this toll booth! The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum. Adjacent cycling and hiking junction Salland… .. The Tolhuisje stands on the edge of the pleasant center of Raalte with plenty of hospitality and shopping options.

The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.
