(8-16 people) This 1935 detached Townhouse is located right in the center of Emmen just a few minutes walk from nightlife, station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper apartment and part of the lower apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
