(8-16 people) This 1935 detached Townhouse is located right in the center of Emmen just a few minutes walk from nightlife, station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper apartment and part of the lower apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
