Ocean blue 405

Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning ( not usual here) due too high expensive electricity rent prices are little bit higher. If you requiere more information pls don’t hesitate to ask me.
