This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

Attractive and family Bungalow in MASPALOMAS

Comfortable and elegant Bungalow next to the International Golf Course of MASPALOMAS and Tenis-Padel Center. It has just been renovated and has all the amenities for the enjoyment of our guests. The bungalow can comfortably accommodate 4 people in completely separate bedrooms. It has a total of 50m2 with a private garden at the entrance. The terrace has a private atmosphere, with a decoration and illumination very cozy and romantic to spend special nights.

It has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and air conditioning. It is located in the heart of Playa del Inglés, very close to shopping malls (Yumbo, Plaza, Kasbah) and 900 meters from the beach. Close to taxi rank, bus, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

Relax and unwind at this quiet and stylish home. Surrounded by nature and green areas with a huge swimming pool and large lounge area to rest. Very close to the golf course and tennis club. Also very close to the supermarket. In one of the best areas in Maspalomas. Perfect location to go to Maspalomas beach, the lighthouse, the best restaurants in Meloneras and even the Yumbo shopping center, with the best gay atmosphere in Europe.
