Lower Gate Glamping is the perfect rural escape. It is a unique place that has been part of our family for over 50 years. We'd love to invite you to share this place with us in our Lavender Bell Tent (one of two tents). You'll enjoy a friendly welcome alongside everything you need for a comfortable stay. Don't forget to book your breakfast basket and logs for your fire pit! You can also enjoy our enchanting 6 acre woodland and stream. It's the perfect place to make camps and have adventures!

Ground floor: indoor pool heated year-round (29°/9 x 4 meters, deck chairs, water games), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room + walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: living room (connected TV), sports area/sleeping area (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, comfortable sofa bed). Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

A beautiful hand built cabin nestled in the woods, idyllic setting next to a stream and surrounded by magnificent trees, the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature. Found at the end of an unmade track, with miles of nothing but woodland walks and wonderful hills to explore on foot or bike. Situated next to a stream with a glass bridge and beautiful little waterfall, with its own plunge pool. The hot shower and compost loo are set in a quirky horse box accessed across a board walk.

Woodland Shepherds Hut situated at Coes Farm an Organic Vineyard and Orchard making Natural wines and cider, 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre organic vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden.
