Out of consideration for the neighbours, the pool can only be used until 9 pm at night, but it is illuminated at night and has a fantastic atmosphere. There are 4 bedrooms, and the house can be rented out for a maximum of 10 people. The facility has a state-of-the-art bath with shoulder massage and jacuzzi functions, and there is also a TV in the bathroom. The grounds are spacious, and there is space to park up to two cars. Across the national highway is the Koshigoe Coast, and you can reach the beach in 3 minutes on foot. Enoshima and the aquarium are also about a 20-minute walk away.
