Mini suite with sea views and patio with fire pit and barbecue. You will enjoy the breeze and the sound of the waves. Simple and cozy in a private area with only 3 houses. It was independently adapted in the lower part of a house that we also rented through Airbnb, each one has their own independent space. A few steps away we have a beautiful viewpoint facing the sea (there is no access to the sea) and a famous restaurant, breweries and cafes, all within walking distance. With parking in a fenced common area.

This listing includes all the 4 rooms and the exterior areas, which will be exclusive for the guests in this reservation (pool, exterior kitchen, and patio). No parties allowed. No music or loud noices after 10pm.
