We had a pleasant stay at Arturo and Yolanda's place which are very welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the city center. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a great week at Lara’s place. We were in the process of moving to the area, and she was very helpful with all the questions we had! The room was exactly what we needed. Not luxurious but very clean and had what we needed to cook simple meals. The bed was huge and SO comfortable!!

This was my second time staying here. I ended up booking it one week after the first time, and it was just as good!

If we were to give a rating it would be 10/10 , perfect accommodations very clean , very pleasant and available host, and the ideal location.

Artemiza’s home is charming and very comfortable. The location is perfect and a one minute walk from the beach. It is very clean and larger than the pictures on-line. We will definitely return!

The house loved my family and I, a great location with super, pharmacy, ATM walking and a gas station also very close by. The house is very nice, everything clean and tidy and within a private area, highly recommended, very comfortable, the pools are incredible, my daughter loved the chapoteadero, we will definitely come back.

Monica's place was beautiful,w/ lots of amenities and very clean too. Monica was Super responsive and friendly. Lot's to do 8 minutes away from an Uber ride. Husband and self walked down to the supermarket and grabbed snacks and enjoyed Tacos from the taco truck across the market. There's Transpensulary brewery across the supermarket too and several restaurants/breweries on a 4 min Uber ride. Views from the deck were also amazing! There's stairs to access the property if you don't park up the hill. Easy to get around via Ubers as well. My family will return soon. Gracias Monica for your kindness, and hospitality!!!

Maricela has maintained the property very well. It was easy to check in and out. She was super accommodating with the check in/out time as well. Her garden and terrace were absolutely gorgeous. The mountain view deserves a special mention as well.

We loved our stay at Villa Cazadora! We appreciated the property manager meeting us on site to give us a rundown of the place and ensuring we had everything we needed, and it was clear there’s been a lot of care and attention put into both the property/space and making the guests comfortable (including providing guests with filtered water so that we didn’t have to always buy bottles). We also loved the location, being on the quieter end of the island but with access to amazing restaurants (we recommend Lacandona Coffee Bus in the morning and Ulan for dinner!), and easy access to a quiet beach spot. We spent most of our mornings on the rooftop patio watching the sunset or doing yoga, and had comfortable sleeps in the king size bed. Overall, the space felt clean, comfortable, and safe - we would gladly book again.

It complies with the description and with the function of spending the night, it was very well cared for and very clean, it has everything you need. Oscar very attentive and kind, always responded very quickly.

Very central of easy access, very easily to be transported to anywhere,had water for drinking clothesline, large space in zotea,washing machine and dryer etc. without outside noise.

Absolutely incredible stay -- one to remember for years, and top of the list of all Airbnb's I have stayed it over many years. The hosts communicated very well, and were so understanding during our travel plans changing. Very accommodating and helpful. We got the chance to meet the owners and they were very cool and interesting people! The place itself is in a prime location, really unbeatable for all of Puerto Vallarta. Private and quiet, but also a few steps to the cleanest beach in the entire region. Its not dead quiet but just enough life to feel comfortable energy. The home was so nice and clean, and had fantastic amenities. Did not notice many bugs at all, which was very nice. Wonderful sleep each night. Just pure luxury for a great price and value. Would definitely come back and stay again!!! 5/5 stars

Always great to stay at Joan’s!

It is very close to the north central, I only slept after going to a concert at the Arena CDMX that was also accessible to move me there, I comment this because the place is excellent for it. Alma was always attentive and answered any questions. I highly recommend it!

A nice, centrally located spot, this was exactly what we needed. The listing explains everything clearly and the hosts provide all the necessary information in advance. Additionally, the place included amenities that you may have forgotten, which was very convenient.

Luis I'm waiting for us the day we arrived and explained the theme of the door to put him safe, he is a super friendly and very polite person, always respectful of the space he offered us in the stay, the space was perfect and very easy to reach and accessible to many things you can do on foot since it is a quiet area

The view is spectacular and there are activities provided—gratis —pickle ball, swimming, sun bathing, hot tub, etc. We were familiar with the term for accommodation before they became owners and their upgrades very modern. So clean and the grounds are very tidy. They were ok with us hosting some friends around the pool for happy hour—and they joined in the conversation.
