Die Mörlialp, ca. 20 Min. oberhalb von Giswil OW, ist im Winter ein kleines Skigebiet auf rund 1250 Meter ü.M. Die renovierte Wohnung befindet sich im EG des Apartmenthaus Auerhahn und hat somit direkten Zugang zur Skipiste! Im Sommer ist sie, am Glaubenbielenpass gelegen, ein ruhiger Spot und guter Ausgangspunkt für Outdooraktivitäten oder auch für Lernferien. Der Parkplatz ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Skiing, hiking, working from home: we are renting out a 50 m² non-smoking 2-room attic apartment with a new kitchen (December 2025) on the 4th floor in Giswi-Mörlialp (17 minutes by car from Giswil), located directly on the ski slope at 1,350 meters above sea level. Relax in this cozy accommodation. - Mountain railways are available for beginners on easy terrain, while experienced skiers can enjoy fast descents on sometimes challenging slopes.
