Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Near the Morvan, between Beaune and Autun, come and enjoy a break in southern Burgundy. In a quiet village with its private garden, the cottage is the former rectory of the church of Sully, we have preserved its period floor tiles and provided all modern comforts with a recent restoration. You will be 100m from the magnificent castle of Sully, 15 minutes from Autun la romaine, 15 minutes from Nolay to discover the high hills of Beaune. Bref, a charming and beautiful relaxing "gîte".

Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Located 480 meters above sea level, the village of St Gervais sur Couches offers stunning views and is the starting point for multiple hikes or bike tours (possibility to store them in a safe place).
