Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ίση απόσταση περίπου 40 χλμ. από τα Ιωάννινα και την Άρτα, ενώ η Πρέβεζα και η θάλασσα απέχουν μόλις 50λεπτά. Αποτελεί ιδανική βάση για τις εξορμήσεις σας στην Ήπειρο. Σε κοντινή απόσταση θα βρείτε τη λίμνη Ζηρού, τη λίμνη Βηρού, τον Κοκκινόπυλο και το ρωμαϊκό υδραγωγείο στον Άγιο Γεώργιο, ανάμεσα σε άλλα αξιοθέατα.

Πολύ κοντά σε καφετέρια φούρνο ψησταριά μίνι μαρκετ .Ιδανικό για κυνηγούς, φίλους των σπορ στο ποτάμι, αλλά και για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές, καθώς η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 20 χλμ. από την κατοικία.

It is located at an altitude of 1160m and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area: Giftokambos, Iliochori with its waterfalls, the Vikos-canyon or numerous hiking trails are just a few examples of how you can spend an unforgettable time inZagori.

Σε μικρή απόσταση από το μαρτυρικό χωριό "Λιγκίαδες" , με απίστευτη θέα στην λίμνη και στο Κανάλι θαλάσσιου σκι, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση με 50 τ.μ βεράντα. Χρώματα και αρώματα φύσης, σε έναν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο χώρο, που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 4 άτομα, αλλά και να τους κάνει να το ονειρεύονται, όταν γυρίσουν σπίτι τους.

Το Dolphin House by the sea 2 είναι το μικρότερο διαμέρισμα στο ισόγειο του συγκροτήματος . Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, δύο μπάνια και ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας ,τραπεζαρίας και σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι για δύο ακόμα άτομα. Κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια που θέλουν εύκολη πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα και στο χόρο της αυτής και της πισίνας αλλά και για οικογένειες τεσσάρων ατόμων.
