River Tales

Beautiful detached house on an estate with a large garden and fruit trees, next to the river. It has a bedroom, a comfortable bathroom (and a 2nd outdoor one) and a living room-kitchen. It has modern household appliances (fridge, kitchen, washing machine, solar water heater). For the winter, there is a functional fireplace. Very close to a cafeteria, bakery, grill, mini market. Ideal for hunters, friends of sports in the river, but also for summer holidays, as the sea is just 20 km from the house.

Zagori Forest Stonehouse

The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

Welcome to our stone-built accommodation in Kouklesi, Ioannina! Here you will enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay, with fresh mountain air and a wonderful view. The house is located at an equal distance of about 40 km from Ioannina and Arta, while Preveza and the sea are only 50 minutes away. It is an ideal base for your excursions in Epirus. Within walking distance you will find Lake Ziros, Lake Viros, Kokkinopilos and the Roman aqueduct in Agios Georgios, among other attractions.
