Stay 50 meters from the beach.

Important: The studio is for sale. I may therefore have to show it to them (about 5 minutes), giving you advance notice and avoiding early in the morning or late in the evening. It is perfectly located, 50 metres from the beach! The village is very authentic, between Trouville and Honfleur. You can get there on foot via the beach. You will be able to prepare your meals there. There is a mini-market 100 metres away and supermarkets 5 km away. The bed is convertible but made for permanent use.

You will be on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access with a great view. 50 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. In the heights of the Sainte-Catherine district, a 5-minute walk from the Vieux Bassin, the historic district and the city center.

Charming little half-timbered house, rented in a cottage on one part, renovated for extra comfort (we live in the rest of the house) and equipped with sheets and towels to lighten your luggage! 2' from a bakery, close to Honfleur but quiet (3' by car). Garden furniture in front of the house, barbecue. Access to the courtyard is a little narrow, VIGILENCE when entering the car! Our CAT is forbidden to stay but sometimes invites herself to take it out if that happens. WELCOME!

Dear visitors, I invite you to stay in this lovely, renovated studio on the ground floor of my charming fisherman's house, with a separate entrance, close to the lighthouse, the beach, the historic city centre and its famous port. The large Naturospace car park is 300 m away You can leave your car there for the duration of your stay. All sightseeing in the town and shopping can be done on foot. The small courtyard is a space shared with me and my neighbour

Close to all the shops, restaurants and museums in the city. I would add that my studio is rated three stars by Calvados Tourisme (state agency).
