"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). As a painter, I wanted to give it an artistic touch adjoining my studio, with a garden where you can have seasonal fruits and vegetables, dining areas for a plancha and rest areas, bicycles. Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surf) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holidays or weekends... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a cafe and the press of the day. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.
