A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte. On the ground floor, a living room of 25 m2, with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a seating area with a sofa bed, sleeping for 2 people, a bathroom with toilet, a hydromassage shower and a laundry area with washing machine/dryer. Upstairs a desk area, a sleeping area with a bed for 2 people.

For a holiday or an overnight stay, we offer you our cosy house for 4 people near a forest with its many trails. 10 minutes from Quimper and 25 minutes from the beaches. The house is well equipped, the beds will be made on your arrival, and bathroom and kitchen linen are provided. To access it, you will have to climb 4 large steps. All local shops are 800 m away. Our main residence is on the same property (Dogs accepted on request)
