Ideally located for reaching the most beautiful beaches between Trapani and San Vito Lo Capo within a few kilometres and for visiting the most iconic sites of Western Sicily's artistic and historical heritage.

The house is located in an optimal position that allows you to reach all the places of interest in the Province of Trapani in a few minutes: fifteen minutes by car from the beaches of Trapani and from the boarding point for the Egadi islands. In a few minutes, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Zingaro Reserve, Segesta, and Castellammare del Golfo can be reached for suggestive excursions. In about thirty minutes by car, you can also reach the Stagnone of Marsala, a place of excellence for kitesurfing.

The villa is located in one of the most picturesque areas of Scopello, 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, and is surrounded by a large tree-lined garden and a picturesque sea view

In the surrounding alleyways, you will find restaurants, cafés and numerous delicatessens.
