200 year old 'Kamara Suite' with private garden

Make your vacation an experience to remember! Our 35 sq metre ground floor suite was stone built 200 years ago and used to serve as an olive oil mill. The Kamara was refurbished in 2023 to retain it's rustic, one of a kind character, whilst providing modern amenities. The house is located in quaint and quieter historical village of Pyrgos Dirou, found after leaving noisier Areopolis, providing an excellent starting point to explore the Mani region while keeping the slow pace of village life.

Welcome to Fameliti Casa Torre! Enjoy your stay in our fully restored family tower house built back in 1790 which can comfortably host up to 10 guests. Tower houses are the emblems of Mani. Stone strongholds that thrust from the rocky land as if to strike the sky itself. Their height was directly related to their defensive ability, but also to the rank and social position of the family to which they belonged. Their construction drew inspiration from Byzantine fortification architecture.

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
