My Apartment is perfect for Oktoberfest-lovers (10 min walk). But you are also very central if you just want to enjoy the city! In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

Feel-good location: Quiet apartment with garden view

Cozy and quiet apartment in a family house; the location is on a pedestrian and cycle path, at ground level with a separate entrance. Shopping/bakery very close by. A shady beer garden and 2 good pizzerias with outdoor areas are very close by. There are various playgrounds (also with water) near by. We are happy to lend toys for children (balance bike, small bicycle and sand toys). Walks in the forest or along the shipping canal are very relaxing.

The apartment is located in a family house. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 minutes to downtown Erlangen. Shopping within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, separate kitchen with dining room and bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave oven, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices etc.) are provided. The landlord lives directly in the house and can always be reached.
