Holiday rentals with beach access in Ermoupoli

Perfect location in the centre of Ermoupoli, one of the best mattresses I have ever slept in, quiet bedroom and room. Rena (the host) was a joy, always available, with perfect recommendations on food, recreation activities and everything you need to know about the island. The amenities were perfect. All in all it was a perfect stay. I will come back the earliest I can. Thanks again for your hospitality. Hope to see you again soon

We had a great stay! The Airbnb has a fantastic location and communication with George was also great, he gave us some tips for the area. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable. The only small drawback is the bathroom, but you can overlook that. If we are in Syros again, we will definitely come back.

Andrea’s Air bnb on the picture perfect island is Syros was a great base for us! It had a running and calm beach only an easy 10 minute walk and a great Tavern just a minute down the road. The house was clean and we had everything we needed during our stay! Andreas was very diligent and showed us everything in the house and how it worked. Pretty comfy bed too by Greek standards. Thanks Andreas! We miss Syros already!

This place was one of the best we stayed in Syros. It is a few seconds away from the shoreline and place where all the restaurants are. The apartment is spacious, well decorated and new. We enjoyed the terrace very much. The host is also very responsive and accommodating. We would certainly return when we are back in Kini. Kini is also one of the best places in Syros.

This was truly a wonderful experience, the place offered everything we could wish for, including a very hospitable host & a magical ocean view. We are definitely coming back, next time for a longer stay.

Very beautiful place close to everything. The instructions we got were clear and helpful and the welcome in the room very warm.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very nice renovated had a very beautiful terrace with a nice view that could comfortably sit 4 -5 people. The only problem in the area is parking lot Whoever comes should also know that there are the steps you have to go down and go up to get to the port and the center of Ermoupoli but the distance is short about 7-8 minutes. I highly recommend it for a family of four or for two couples; they will have a great time. The host is friendly, and willing to help with anything they need

I cannot fully articulate how truly MAGICAL our stay was. Our hosts were so very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. They even recommended a special event during Easter weekend that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The home was CLEAN, beautiful and had everything we could have wanted and more. The views were gorgeous and with the beach and restaurants right at our door step, there was nothing more we could have needed! I have nothing critical to share and wish I could come back every year. Divine! Book this space, you will not regret it.

Syrolia village is a nice and cosy apartment in Cycladic, perfect for one person or a couple. Kini is a calm and serene village, with a beautiful beach and several nice restaurants. Both the beach and the restaurants are a five-minute walk. If you are looking for some more bustle, Ermoupoli, Syros' largest town, is a 15-minute beautiful drive through the mountains of Syros (renting a car is highly recommended by the way). The apartment itself is small, but comfortable. The kitchen is basic, but quite sufficient for preparing breakfast, a simple lunch or dinner. Both the bedroom and the bathroom (especially the bed and the shower) are excellent. Outside there is a lovely private, roofed terrace, with a beautiful view over Kini. Next to the apartment is a cat shelter. The cats are well taken care of, friendly and curious. Being cat lovers, we loved it! Iakovos was an excellent host, both very communicative and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying at Syrolia village!

We loved every second of our stay! Katerina was an amazing host — she accommodated our every need and gave excellent recommendations. The home was perfectly equipped with all the items & tools we needed. We will be back for sure :)

Words cannot describe how lovely our time at A Deck Feeling has been. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a breathtaking location. Ermoupoli is special and this neighborhood is idyllic. The color of the sea at your feet and the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep is food for the soul. As wonderful as the physical space, it is the owners, Iro and Dimitris, that really take this stay to the next level. Thank you both for your genuine hospitality and kindness! Costas has found the perfect balance between accessibility and discretion. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic - if you like diving or snorkeling, you can even spot sea turtles in the bay below the house. It's the little things that make the difference and Costas makes that difference. Coffee, water and drinks are available on arrival and you are even spoiled with homemade food. Costas represents Greek hospitality at its best.

Louis & Thanos's place was lovely and just like described. They were really proactive in their communication and helpfull in their tips for restaurants and beaches. Thanos was there to greet us and showed us around when we arrived. There were also two beaches just next to the house, one rocky with lot of fish and other with sand. They even provided beach umbrellas and diving masks and kids beach toys. Travelling with a kid and family the set-up with two "separate" apartments with us downstairs with out 3 year old was really handy as then everyone didn't have to wake up at 6 o'clock. We couldn't have expect for a better experience!

Amazing host that went above and beyond for us to enjoy our stay. The place is beautiful with a little balcony with a view of the shopping streets to be able to sit and enjoy the beautiful coffee provided. We loved this place and the host’s hospitality so much, that we extended our stay.

The Welcome Home Port View apartment is very centrally located right opposite the ferry terminal. Access is easy with lift to 3rd floor. Excellent view of the port and activities. Everything for an enjoyable stay, good kitchen, quiet main bedroom, lounge area spacious with additional room with twin beds to the side through sliding doors. Very good bathroom. The apartment is very well fitted out with new fittings and recently redecorated with a new feel. Iavankia was a very good host, friendly and responsive to any queries we had.

Our stay at Tobys was perfect, it’s in a great location, right by the water and a short walk from the town centre. The apartment itself was gorgeous, clean and spacious, all you could want from a stay.Toby was the perfect host, helpful, informative, friendly. If I was to return to Syros I would 100% stay there again!

We met Anna upon arrival and she gave us the keys to the place. She was so nice and friendly and showed us around the unit. She provided water and local treats for us to enjoy during our stay. We had arrived a little early and she allowed us to check in early. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean and well maintained. Anna checked in with us a few times to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. There is not much to do within walking distance so I highly recommend getting a car. But for our purposes Anna’s place was perfect.

Great place to stay

We could not recommend this accomodation highly enough. The location was so perfect, with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hosts were extremely helpful, super friendly and even left us with drinks and pastries in the fridge. If you are staying in Syros we reckon this accommodation and wish we could give more than 5 stars. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great place, close to everything, I loved the cute garden. The host was kind enough to provide extra towels for my friend and was lenient with the check out. They even gifted me a box of local sweets. I would totally choose it again for my stay in Syros.

It was amazing, everything neat and clean, beautiful and spacious place and easily accessible near the city center.
