Die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte und Apotheken sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der wunderschöne Strand in Bensersiel ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

The holiday apartment "Villa Fokken Steuermannsquartier" is part of a historical building in Esens and creates a comfortable setting for your stay. A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Haustiere sind in den Ferienwohnungen nicht gestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Der Kurbeitrag ( Nordsee-Sericekarte ) wird vor Ort mit Ihrem Gastbeger abgerechnet.

Surrounded by horses, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks and wild visitors such as pheasants and squirrels, you will enjoy pure nature. The cottage is comfortably furnished and is heated with a fireplace – we will of course provide you with firewood.
