The white Cottage är den ursprungliga bostaden på gården byggd i början på förra seklet, 55 kvm för delat på 2 sovrum samt badrum och kök. Inredningen går i stil med början på förra århundrandet med lite moderna inslag. Köket är rymligt med alla bekvämligheter inklusive soffa för middagsluren. I varje sovrum finns två sköna sängar. Badrum med dusch och toalett. I bersån precis utanför finns trädgårdsmöbler och en grill med utsikt över dammen. Solstolar för vila finns på gräsmattan.

Warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a smaller town located in northwest Skåne. Here, about 3,500 people live in mixed ages, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village, there is, among other things, a grocery shop, a petrol station, a kiosk with street food and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, along with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. There is also a health centre here.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

The house is located in a very quiet and family-friendly area in central Helsingborg with close to everything. There is a large terrace with lovely relaxation areas and both gas and charcoal grills. Soccer goal and trampoline on site.
