Glazed conservatory and large terrace with seating area and sun lounger. The sun shines here all day. Next to the terrace is the playhouse with a 120 cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Access to a rowing boat in the summer for a wonderful day on the lake. Sandviksbadet with a sandy beach is about 2-3 km away. About 20 km to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
