Reconnect with nature at this funky unforgettable escape. This is a stand alone 10x12 A frame structure next to small main house. The restroom and shower are outdoor but private. There is hot water in shower. Large outdoor shower room with rain and regular shower heads. Ac in room is super cold. Queen bed with foam mattress Owner lives full time on property for any needs. The reviews speak for themselves about my property have an unique experience that still feels safe peaceful and comfortable.

This home offers 'casual luxury' with premium furnishings and cool, comfortable linens and fabrics. We are located in the heart of Esperanza, no car is needed as we are less than a 5 minute walk to the Malecon, Restaurants and 2 minutes to the neighborhood Grocery store. Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

You can walk to north and south side beaches in 30 minutes or drive in 5-10 minutes . This is an entire first floor unit with huge outside living space, hammocks and grille. Outside (on patio) heated shower. Sweet island feel - beautiful gardens and trade wind breezes. Pick fruits when in season right from the gardens.
