In the owner's house, there is access to laundry/dryer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4.

In addition, Amager is the centre that offers shopping, café/restaurant and much more. The apartment is conveniently located to the beach, where it is recommended to go for morning/evening walks. The apartment is on the top floor of the property and on the left. There is no elevator.
