Suitable for 2 families of up to 10 people. Child-friendly with trampoline, soccer/handball goal and heated 4x8m pool. Barbecue and lovely patios with, among other things, a lounge corner under the roof in the garden. Four bicycles are available to borrow. About 10 minutes by bike to the sea and nice swimming opportunities along the entire coast. Close to Sofiero Castle, about 10 minutes by bike.

On the house's 70 m2 wooden terrace, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with space for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.

Hop på toget direkte til København, tag på Espergærde Strand, besøg Louisiana eller Kronborg i Helsingør: mulighederne er mange. Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.
