Local idyllic - beautiful bright home with a greenhouse! The home is part of a semi-detached house of about 48 m2, with its own entrance, greenhouse and garden. It is a large, beautiful bright kitchen living room, with dining area and a soft section. The bedroom has access to a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as an outdoor grill. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Maritime Museum, Kronborg, forests and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

Charming annex close to beach and forest

The annex is located at the back of our garden with its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine), bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. 100 m. from a fantastic beach and Espergærde's small harbour with cosy cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants. Close to Louisiana (2 km). Helsingør (6 km). Only 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Portable hotplates are not allowed. Children under 10 years old are not allowed.

On the house's 70 m2 wooden terrace, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with space for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
