Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. It is a large, beautiful bright kitchen living room, with dining area and a soft section. The bedroom has access to a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as an outdoor grill. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Maritime Museum, Kronborg, forests and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Steep staircase to the first floor where the bedroom is located as well as a desk and cupboard/chest of drawers. There are 2 Labrador dogs in the main house and dogs are allowed but the stairs are not dog or small child friendly. Beach, forest, harbour, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

A self-contained and lovely Tinyhouse in our garden, in a quiet, residential area. Free parking and wifi. Access to playground in our garden if required. There is outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. There are also chargers for electric cars that can be borrowed for a fee. Five minutes walking distance to both shop and pizzeria. 7 mins from the E6 freeway. About 1 mile to the nearest town, Landskrona, where there are nice swimming areas, shopping and much more.
