Welcome to our cozy loft cottage, built in 2021! You live separately with a patio in the west in our garden. The cottage is 24 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is a bedroom, sleeping loft, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and a bathroom. We put some food in the fridge, freezer and pantry as a start. You have 250 meters to a small swimming area and a long beach walk for jogging and evening walk with sunset in the sea. See GUIDEBOOK. We love our Kullabygden and would love to share it with you!

The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Steep staircase to the first floor where the bedroom is located as well as desk and cabinet/dresser. There are 2 labrador dogs in the main house and dogs may be brought but the stairs are not dog or toddler friendly. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.
