Our 2-story Bungalow is ideal for couples, friends, or professionals seeking a relaxing retreat. The space features a spacious living/kitchen area and full bath upstairs, a large bedroom downstairs, in-unit laundry, and additional dining and lounge seating on the enclosed porch. The entrance is through a gate and up a set of stairs, and there are also stairs inside the unit. Booking includes a wine tasting and 10% off wine purchases. Comfy and Cozy Apartment

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A great spot to unwind and experience Cape Ann. You will enjoy the apartment all to yourself. Entrance to the apartment is same level as parking so no stairs. The apartment is located in the basement of our primary residence. The space is located 45 min from Boston and 5 min drive to the commuter rail with access to Boston and Rockport. Additionally, we are a short drive to Gordon and Endicott College.
