Wir bieten euch eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine). Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Zwei der Schlafzimmer besitzen je ein Doppelbett, eines davon hat auch eine Schlafcouch. Das dritte hat zwei Einzelbetten. In jedem Zimmer ist auch ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Je nachdem in welchem Zimmer Ihr aufwacht, seht Ihr zu den Felsen oder zum Wasser hinaus :)

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.
