About a 5-minute walk from Évry-Courcouronnes train station, the RER D regional train reaches Paris Gare de Lyon in about 40 minutes, depending on the timetable. Le Spot shopping centre, with its shops, restaurants and cinema, is less than a 10-minute walk away. This 79 m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests: three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Private balcony, workspace, fast Wi-Fi, free parking, washing machine, tumble dryer and self check-in.
