This new, detached house with private access 24 hours a day. Linens and towels are provided. Featuring a private terrace accessible from one of the bedrooms, a living room is also available, complete with a fitted kitchen, sofa and television. The rooms are air-conditioned and the peace is permanent. Fenced garden. By vehicle: 1 hour from Paris – 1 hour from Orléans – 1 hour from Chartres Parties, evening events and gatherings are not permitted. Persons not named in the rental agreement are not permitted to stay.

Before you leave, the accommodation must be left clean, with the dishes washed and put away, and the rubbish bins emptied — otherwise, a cleaning surcharge will be charged.
