A l'étage : une chambre avec sa salle de bain et son WC. - Une pièce palière qui donne sur une chambre communicante avec la troisième chambre. La propriété est clôturée. Une piscine privée couverte et chauffée est disponible d' avril à fin octobre inclus.

Dans le village de Bourneville sainte croix, de ses commercants. Cette petite maison de 70 m2 comprenant une chambre, une salle d'eau, un salon / cuisine aménagée et équipée et d'un jardin privatif de 800 M2.
