The accommodation is located on a country farm, a 5-minute drive from the center of Volterra. After Porta Diana, take a short stretch of the Municipal road of S. Margherita until you reach a dirt road, the sign Bosco dell'Iris Nero leads you, along a 900-meter path, to the location. Here there are chestnut trees, olive trees, flowers and a pleasant view of the valley. You can meet roe deer, porcupines and wild boars. The cuckoo, the hoopoe, and the woodpecker inhabit the surrounding forest.

You will also find 3 supermarkets nearby. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, with the sea visible on the horizon, which is approximately 50 km away from Volterra.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery.... FREE WI-FI, air condition in the bedrooms and washmachine, wash dishes, hair dry.... if you need more than one apartment in the same area ask me! Located on the third floor, the double room of over 30 square meters offers a 160 cm iron canopy bed, relaxation area, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom, about 4.5 square meters, includes a toilet, bidet, sink and small bathtub under the skylight. The room has exclusive use of the tower's rooftop terrace.
