Ideally located, 15 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from the port of Bastia, and 20 minutes from the beach (by car), Elba and Montecristo are 2 chalets nestled between sea and mountain, on the heights of the municipality of Borgo, in a wooded setting, facing the islands of Elba and Montecristo. Each chalet can accommodate 4 people, with an outdoor terrace and a beautiful view of the Islands. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, air conditioning, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Villa Giotto is a fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached villa, with modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet, and WIFI. Set on top of a hill in a panoramic position close to Volterra, it boasts stunning 360-degree views from its large private gardens and terraces and the communal pool. The large open-plan lounge is a very comfortable and sociable space with three sets of patio doors to take in the views, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

The cottage is located on La Ca’ Solare a beautiful organic farm from the 19-century on a sweet hill with a large pool. You can have a beautiful three room cottage (40sqm) with a marvelous view. Upon reservation breakfast buffet is available at the price of 13€ per person/day. Dinner is served some days with fixed menu and organic products. Dogs are welcome and the cost is 10€/day. AC is available and costs 5€/day. Tourist tax 2€ per day/person from 10 years old and max 5 days.
