Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Etruscan Coast

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in April and it exactly matched the pictures. The accommodation is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the accommodation. A small minus point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning it was quite damp in the room, so clothes were slightly clammy in the morning. The shower was missing shelves for shower gel and towel racks. Despite these little things, it was a very enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

Lovely place to stay and great welcome! Everything was clean, cozy and convenient, fully consistent with the description. The neighborhood is calm and easy to get to everything. We especially want to note the host — Harry is just a super cool person! Very friendly, open-minded and helpful. He met us in person, showed us everything, helped us navigate, gave useful advice — there was sincere attention and care. Thanks to him, the vacation was even more pleasant. Recommended to everyone! Everything was at the highest level, definitely five stars!

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

A beautiful place, immersed in the hilly countryside of Casentino. A renovated building with great care and taste in which you can breathe the history of the owner and his art. Prawns, trees, shrubs, water mirrors, and a beautiful garden are the setting for all this. In addition, you have the impression that you are guests of a friend and not customers of an accommodation facility. On my behalf, I'll definitely be back.

Clara’s accomodation is perfect for visiting San Gimigano. She is a lovely and friendly host and was very helpful even though we were late arriving. Only a 5 minute walk from the old village so perfect for multiple visits. Very comfortable and can highly recommend.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

We had such a great experience staying at this Cabin! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

We were a group of four adults and two dogs and had a fantastic time at Lucas place. The property is well maintained and in absolutely private surroundings. The view of the surrounding forest and mountains is beautiful any time of day and the pool is amazing for warmer days. Luca was an attentive host, and communication with him went very smoothly.
