The apartment is ideally located 300 m from the beach and 300 m from the city center. It was clean and spacious. Lots of light and 2 balconies/terraces. Our contact at Interhome has always been professional, available and very friendly. I'd recommend it for a stay in Viareggio.

Cozy apartment with everything you need to spend your holiday. Spacious house, very large terrace and very practical private garden. The area is very quiet even if there are other homes nearby, but quiet and really polite neighbors. The equipment of the two bikes is also a great plus for the area easily accessible by bike without always having to use the car. Ian was a very attentive host and always ready to help us. Great choice!

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . We had a great time. The apartment was very nice and in perfect location. The sights are within the walking distance. It is close to the main market and great restaurants. Martina gave us helpful information. I definitely recommend Martina as a host and the apartment to stay in for the visit.

We had a great week at the place. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The view is unparalleled. Especially with a toddler, we felt very comfortable, as the house is away from traffic and there was plenty of space to play outdoors.

BEST AIRBNB EVER…!! This place was a gem and it will always have a special place in my heart. The host, Patrizia, is also a gem and was amazing during our stay. My husband stayed here for over a month while working remotely and this was our home away from home. It is so cozy and homey and had everything we needed and more. The LOCATION is awesome, the apartment is gorgeous and has much natural light. It is so spacious and has everything you need. You are near Santa Croce, plenty of restaurants, the supermarket, the river, and great coffee shops. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING - you won’t regret it. Just like Florence this place feels like you’re living in art. We loved it and would book again in the future when we come back.

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.
