This duplex of approximately 40 m2 is light and friendly. Possibility to come and sleep 4 people (a comfortable and large sofa that unfolds) and a bed in the bedroom. A parking space is available. The atmosphere invites rest and calm, come and recharge your batteries, we will be happy to welcome you!

33 m2 2-room apartment refurbished in the extension of our house in a residential area on the heights of Rouen, close to all shops and a bus stop (Fast 1 stop Parc Andersen). Very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard. Parking is possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs under the eaves. CAUTION: €15 extra if you use the sofa bed unless you bring your duvet. WE SPEAK ENGLISH!
