The apartment is nicely located in nature. Bridge fire in the apartment with maps of great built up trails for peak hikes in the downmillo . The apartment is bed a river with good swimming and the fishing possibility. It's a good place for couples, people traveling alone, families (with children), large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross country skiing problems with several lengths during the ski season. The apartment is suitable for summer and winter holidays.

Charming Farm by the water

This romantic home has its very own history. For generations, the farm has been used in operation. Today the house is as it was once. It is old and rustic, but contains everything you need and is plentiful equipped. Lovely view to water and forest with bustling wildlife. Easy access from Riksveg 9. short distance to shop and activities. About 1 h drive to Kristiansand Zoo. 5 mins to the go-kart track and Evje stone center. 10 min to Rafting Center. Swimming area 100 m from the house. Fishing opportunities in the river.

Perfect for families with small children going to the zoo (20 min), or for those who just want to enjoy life in the countryside. Here, your shoulders slow down with birds chirping and hops. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, but it is also possible for children/youth to sleep on the sofa in the living room.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Relax as a couple, family or friends with a great view in a sheltered, bright and modern cottage with character. Vis-à-vis both ski slopes and alpine facilities. Ski/out in. All on one level: Sauna, barbecue and large terrace. Parking close to the cabin. In the cabin there are 8 beds, and 8 duvets and pillows that the tenant can freely dispose of. The tenant must bring bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths. In addition, the tenant must provide cleaning, or book this by Ljosland Fjellstove AS for NOK 1200.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Bortelid stor, nyere hytte

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.

Great place for enjoying nature, swimming , fishing in fresh water and at the same time a short drive to eventful activities for both adults and children. After a day out, you have the opportunity to take advantage of the cabin's own sauna. The cabin is located an hour drive from Kristiansand Dyrepark and Sørlandsparken. It is a 26 minute drive to Evje.
