Holiday rentals with a pool in Évora District

Numa região ainda com muito por descobrir, o Monte Poejo apresenta-se como um retiro protegido e agradável. Um espaço amplo, adequado a brincadeiras de crianças e receptivo a cães.

Casa tipicamente alentejana mas recentemente renovada e muito confortável. Ideal para famílias ou amigos que procurem tranquilidade e proximidade ao Alqueva / Monsaraz, com vista bonita da casa para a paisagem alentejana. Muito bem equipada permite organizar refeições em casa com conforto. Perto de Monsaraz, mas isolada o que permite pouco ruído e privacidade para quem procure descanso. No geral uma boa estadia.

Adorámos a estadia, o espaço é ótimo para grupos grandes e com crianças. Tanto a Catarina como a Dona Gina foram bastante flexíveis para maximizar a usufruicao do espaço pelo grupo. Muito obrigado :)

Estadia 5*. Todas as comodidades, piscina impecável, zona de churrasco, quartos, e zonas comuns inclusive. Minimercado com de tudo um pouco e ao lado de casa. Perto de zonas para visitar muito interessantes. Gentes da terra muito simpáticas e acolhedoras. Alojamento perfeito para uns dias em família, em casal ou com amigos para relaxar. Recomendaremos sem hesitação.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place and we can highly recommend it. The house was perfect for our stay, and the pool and outside area were stunning! Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive, from the moment we booked. The house is the perfect location for privacy, but also in terms of distance from Evora and surrounding towns. Danielle and I really enjoyed our stay in Carlos and Isabel guesthouse. A few things immediately come to mind when reviewing their guesthouse, like the cleanliness of the house and the beautiful decor. Clearly all of the amenities have been well thought out to make you feel at home and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use their swimming pool. One minor suggestion would be to add a streaming service with the TV. We found Carlos to be friendly and very attentive to our needs during our stay. The location is rural, but only a short 5 minute drive to the city of Évora. There are a couple of small villages within a few minutes drive. In fact Danielle and I enjoyed one of our favourite Portuguese meals in the village of Valverde.

We had an awesome stay at Edite's house. The house is located in a small village named Arez, which is an excellent location to use as a base to explore the Alentejo region. Many interesting places (beautiful beaches, ruins, historical sites, etc.) are within 30 minutes or an hour drive thus making this location ideal for day trips. The house is super super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The quiet outdoor area, with amazing views of rice fields and countryside, is ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal. The beds are comfortable and even the beautiful cotton linens were pressed! Our host (Edite) was such a pleasure to get to know as she is so personable and accommodating. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxed environment surrounded by friendly people, Edite's house is the place. We've stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this property stands out as one of the best. A huge thank you to Edite for helping to make our Portuguese vacation a wonderful experience!!!

We loved the house. The shades were dark, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. It was a longer walk to walk to Monsaraz than I thought it would be, but we really liked the quiet location and agree with the other reviewers who said they had one of their best meals at the restaurant next door. Would have loved to stay longer!
