Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Evosmos

The apartment had everything you need. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and even got 2 large bottles of water. The bed was very cozy and also the mooring in the living room to watch TV, we liked it

We had a great time at the place. There were 4 of us and this one had everything we needed: a spot to park the car, we were able to eat outside. We had a great welcome from our hosts and tips on visiting and dining. The accommodation is well located about 30 minutes walk from Thessaloniki center, there is a supermarket nearby otherwise the Thessaloniki market is open every day. Feel free to rent this place:-)

Athina's house was very beautiful and cosy. Nice decor and very functional. The communication with Athina was excellent and she responded very quickly to messages. I recommend for arrivals after 16.00-17.00, to book the space Athena has for parking for an extra fee. It's too close and we had no stress to look around as we're talking about a residential zone of the city. It's just outside the city center, but very convenient to move around the suburbs and the surrounding area. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was perfect and the pool is really fantastic. Zef and Anastasiia were perfect hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone!!

A lovely, clean and quiet stay. We loved eating in the garden and a great place to relax after visiting the city. Great host who helps out proactively but also easy to approach for additional questions.

A lovely house in the most beautiful setting, we spent a wonderful few days relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Great place! The perfect location for a short stay, close to everything we needed and he let us check in much earlier. The only downside was the air in the building outside of the apartment was very difficult for me to breathe with my asthma.

The apartment was beautiful clean and tidy. From the first moment, we felt at home. The bed is comfortable, the room is bright and spacious. It is in a very nice, friendly, peaceful and safe place with easy access to the larger super markets Lidl and Skavenitis on foot. There is a 5 minute walk to the sea at the end of the street. In front of the house is the bus stop and easy parking. The photos don't show it, but it has two nice balconies. I'm sorry we didn't spend more days there. Next time we are in Thessaloniki we will definitely choose this place again! Thank you so much for everything! 🙂🥰

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

If you like walking, it is very close to the center and all means of transportation. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. There are many markets and cafes. The house was very clean. The sheets, pillows, towels were clean and neat. There were extra blankets and all household supplies. The internet wifi connection works perfectly. The host is very kind and helpful. He helped with early check-in within the possibilities. The house is one street away from the Ataturk Museum and the Turkish Consulate. If you are coming to Thessaloniki by bus from Istanbul, use the bus number 23 from the train station. The bus stops very close to the house. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa in the living room. It is an ideal house for families and travelers.Also the heating of the house is very good.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

My stay with Darko was excellent. The flat was easy to find and the check-in straightforward. The flat itself was clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. With the seafront only a 10-15 minute walk away the location was fantastic and the flat is surrounded by a number of supermarkets and great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Finally, Darko was a responsive and knowledgeable host.

We had a great experience at the apartment. It is an incredibly comfortable place. The bathrooms were very well equipped. The bedrooms were also very well equipped. It felt like home coming back at the end of each day. Location is terrific walking distance to everything including Public Transportation. This is one of the best Airbnb’s. We’ve ever stayed at.

Perfect starting point for a vacation in Thessaloniki 🌞

We were delighted to spend one week in Helena and Konstantinos' apartment where we had plenty of space for a family of five. The view is breath-taking and the proximity to the promenade by the sea made the location perfect. The hosts went up and above to welcome us with sweets and other surprises. And the trip suggestions to Sithonia, Peraia, Vergina and Pela were simply great. We can't wait to go back in summer time. Thank you for everything, it felt like a family was welcoming us.

Great stay, perfect location! The apartment was sparkling clean, very comfortable and fully appointed. We enjoyed the small details (bathrobes, coffee pods, treats on our towels) and the amazing views of the sea from the terrace lounge :) Sofia was very helpful and fast to respond, made us feel very welcome. City centre was easy to reach, metro station is just a couple of blocks away. We loved it and will definitely be coming back for a longer stay next time!
