Guests can enjoy the terrace and garden in fine weather. The courtyard, closed by an electric gate, can park two vehicles. On the ground floor, large living room open to the equipped kitchen, office with sofa bed, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 beds and shower room with toilet.

Completely refurbished, it has a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find a peaceful and comfortable living room with sofa bed as well as an office area. On the top floor is the bedroom, a dressing room as well as a water point and a second toilet.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
