Close by are the Blue John caverns at Castleton, the magnificent Chatsworth House & gardens, Haddon & Hardwick Halls, Buxton, Bakewell, Matlock, Crich Tramway museum, The Peak Rail, Tissington & Monsal trails.

A great base to visit Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Castleton, Hathersage and the Hope Valley. Dog friendly, we charge an additional £30 per dog for the duration of your stay. We can accept up to 1 dog.

There is also an exceptionally comfy and cosy sitting room, equipped with 2 sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) a log burner and a Smart TV. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious four poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Next door is a spacious second bedroom with two comfortable single beds.

All of this in the wonderfully picturesque Peak District village of Great Longstone, just minutes from the Monsal trail and Chatsworth House. Bakewell is also close by, along with lots of walking opportunities.
