This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.

Welcome to our house ! We will welcome you in an old house in a small hamlet in Haute Ubaye (altitude 1500m). The house has been completely renovated with natural materials. Former Guard Pavilion, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008 at the entrance of the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lake Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts like Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent dwellings, the advertisement concerns the upper one, the lower one is not rented. The pavilion was completely renovated in 2020, alone amidst a century-old tree plantation.
