The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, sleeps 2-3. In addition, there is a sleeping loft for 4. Adjoining living room and kitchen; TV, Wifi, dishwasher and all kitchen equipment. From living room you access the balcony to the east and a terrace to the south. Bathroom has a shower and can be accessed by an outside patio with a hot tub. There is also a nice area for sunbathing and a gas grill. A high chair and a baby cot are available. Dogs are welcome. All major services are a short walk away, 3 km in Sauðárkrókur.

We would like to welcome you to come and stay in our lovely guesthouse at our farm in the heart of Skagafjordur. Here you can relax and enjoy your evening in our hot tub, take a walk to visit our calm and gentle horses, we also own a beautiful lake and we are "forest farmers" i.e. we plant 10.000 trees each year and we can highly recommend a stroll through our young forest to the lake. There will be sheep, chicken, cats and dogs around and next to the house there is a beautiful old church:)

A quiet place with a stunning view for small group

The house is located on a small farm in north Iceland. Guests have a lot of privacy in the house as it stands alone. You might see our horses and even sheep close to the house. Our dog and cat are friendly and might pay you a visit. You can go for short walks among horses, sheep and birds in a varied landscape. During the winter, there is a unique experience to sit in the hot tub and watch the northern lights. The house is a good place for home office due to high speed wi-fi and facilities.

Family paradise in the country

A beautiful house in the countryside located just 2km outside of the small town of Ólafsfjörður. Ideal for families to relax and enjoy the nature. In the summertime there is access to a lake and a lot of beautiful walking trails and hikes in the surrounding mountains. In the wintertime this is an absolute paradise for skiing and all kinds of winter sports and activities. On the property is a small forest, a lot of birdlife and it feels like you are million miles away from the nearest town.

Short to the grocery store, cafe Klara , Höllin restaurant, and the beautiful water inside the town, the harbor is right by, good hiking trails, golf course, swimming pool and the beautiful mountains, great winter ski area. It is possible to rent jet skis with guidance to see mountains from the see with Farytale at see,in Ólafsfjörður. Short for whale watching in Dalvík or Hauganes. 4 beds 90x200 .

Me and my familie live on the second floor. We are on a farm and have horses, sheeps, chicken, dog and a cat. We are also near by many interesting places, about 30 km from Mývatn, 35 km from Húsavík, 15 km from Goðafoss watefall.
